Level 60+ xp boost convert to gold & BC boosts?

So a lot of us have been sat on level 60 for a very, very long time now, we have xp boosts stacking and they are useless,
Can we not get 1-2 hour gold and BC boosts instead?
Or at least take these boosts from our crystals? We are 4 years in now it’s getting pretty damn old pulling these from crystals now.
