LAG IS RUINING GAME/SERVER ISSUES

Sick of all the lag and loading... who else agrees? I'm f2p now since it's a waste of money to pay kabam. I will in fact quit the game all together if it is not fixed soon... Do not reply to this about my connection it does this on AT&T wifi and from 4G LTE from AT&T cellular data with full bars

    Hey BLACKORDER90, I understand it can be frustrating when the game doesn't perform in the way you expect.

    There are many devices capable of running the game, all with different specifications and Operating Systems, and there are many different reasons reasons why one person may experience lag when compared to someone else. However, we're always working on new ways to make improvements to help make the game run smoother on as many devices as possible.

    In an effort to keep everyone's feedback about issues such as lag more organized, we created two dedicated threads, which you can find at the links below.

    - iOS Lag and Performance Issues Thread
    - Android Lag and Performance Issues Thread

    If you haven't already, please take a moment to contribute to whichever of those discussions is relevant to you by providing the details outlined in our Bug Report Template. Reports submitted in those discussions can provide invaluable information that allows our Development Team to target specific areas needing improvement, and ultimately to help resolve issues like lag.
