Please fix KM

He is too good of a toon and his specials are broken. Sp2 almost unusable. Sp1 hit or miss. Can’t combo into them without getting blocked!

Please fix. Can’t use sp2 without getting blocked and sp1 is hit or miss. There is something wrong... 5/65 km user so not about timing.

Use mine all the time, never had this happen. You're using him wrong.
