Due to issues related to the release of Mastery Loadouts, the "free swap" period will be extended.
The new end date will be May 1st.

    Probably not again until a massive game-changing update. Don't expect to see them any time soon though.

    ypu won't see them again unless they have to nerf champs again. That was the reason, and they said that's the only reason for them.
