Quake's Multiple Evade

I am really looking forward for tips to understand Multiple Evades of Quake.
I never encountered that evade but since past some fights, she's evading multiple times especially against stun immune champs.
I can't get the grip on it how it is actually utilised.

Looking forward for help.

Concussion. She will evade all basic attacks if the opponent is under concussion.
It's always been there. You don't see it usually coz its mostly over by the time stun expires. But if you go against stun immune she will evade for about 3-4 seconds depending on aftershocks

You are great man.
I always had the opponent stunned during concussion that's why I never encountered it.
So, as long as tge opponent is under concussion, she'll evade all attacks including medium, light, powerful attacks, right? But special ones won't be.
Is that it?

Yep. Everything except special attacks
