Alright,I know today's hot topic is the disappointment we have from the mystery gift and I'm being polite and calling it " disappointment " 
about bleed proc...whenever I use a bleed champ that can stack bleed debuffs I make 20 hits or so and get 1 bleed but whenever I make a mistake against a bleed champ I get 4 bleed debuffs off of a 5 hit combo
What is your observation regarding the matter?
