XP Boosts replacement ideas

I've been level 60 for a long time now, and get tired of still receiving XP Boosts as rewards from Milestones and crystals. The same way to game knows which Summoners are Uncollected and not, and give tiered rewards accordingly, shouldn't the same be done for any Summoner already at Level 60 where they get something other than XP Boosts?
As an alternative, I'd gladly take Gold or BC boosts as a replacement.
