Lagging and not loading

Can you please please fix the lagging non loading issues on mcoc tired of having to restart the game every single time just cause it won't load or it lags it's ridiculous

Same problem for me, plus it's an old one... Sometimes it almost freezes during a fight so I lose in act 5 and have to start again...
