Best 5* to upgrade?

I have 5* Angela, Emma Frost, and X23 who is the best to upgrade and how far? Non of them are duped.

All of them are great, but emma frost would be better overall.

Just got an awaken gem for mutants, who would be better, Emma Frost or X-23?

@KINGSRELM99 I'd say Emma, no question. Both are solid without, but Emma overall will take you further.
