I’m wondering in AQ or AW does the BG mean different tiers. BG1 and 2 look same to me but my alliance leader told me to go back to BG1. I’m at level 32 with OK 4 stars so any help?

Could also be different maps in AQ.
Bg1 might be map 3 while bg2 and 3 are map 5
