Profile pics bug

in Bugs and Known Issues
When u click on profile pics the game says like 99 and u view it and it shows every champ in the game whether I have it or not and I go to choose i champ I don’t have it chooses I leave and it doesn’t change ??? It’s like I have it but I don’t?? Fix this?

    Does this issue still persist after closing out of the game entirely then reopening it?
