I completed today's Trials of Fire (Epic) quest but did not receive any other rewards besides one quest crystal:

You may double check your inventory for the items as it may be that they didn't show up on the screen but were received. But if you'd like more help looking into this issue please reach out to our support team directly as they'll be better able to investigate. You can do so by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support."
