Level Up/Class Advancement Rank Rewards

I just logged back into the game, I've recieved rank rewards for the Level Up personal event, but for the cosmic advancement I havent got the rank rewards from that yet? I got just under 60k points and the minimum is 40k seems odd that they both ended 3 hours ago, but I have only recieved one rank reward?

    Could be because only the top 20% get ranked rewards from cosmic advancement so maybe you're score didnt get achieve that
