Alliance Loyalty Rewards

It’s hard to find great team members only to leave the alliance for better and great rewards. Loyalty to an alliance is gone to the highest bidder. I suggest that they add a special special rewards with the store loyalty drop down for people that has been with there alliance for one year 2, 3 4 and the rewards get better as you age with your alliance
