Recovery and Salve

Are these masteries worth it? I was gonna save my units to get Willpower or Despair soon

Salve just to unlock Recovery. If you’re gonna use Willpower, or otherwise use Regen heroes, then you probably want Recovery max'd eventually. (and only really need 1 point in Willpower nowadays)

Side note. Despair with Antman is a good idea right? I have Ghost synergy
