Did not receive Signature Crystals

I didn’t receive 2 signature crystals...I can verify one as 3 Star ArchAngel, the other is a 2-Star Thor
Why didn’t I receive them?
IPhone...Wi-Fi with strong signal...up to date IOS...

1. You wouldn't get them if their last dupe took them to 99.They have to be at 99 already
