Taskmasters heavy exploit weakness bug???

I was fighting with the taskmaster and opponent was Corvus ....
Corvus was at his sp3 and he used it while taskmaster was having heavy exploit weakness and I used it. But the taskmaster took damage from sp3 of Corvus while heavy expoit this is a bug.
Should I go for a ticket??

TM has to be charging his heavy for it to work.

Its only a 1 second chance so highly possible the sp3 happened after the 1 second passed.

He still takes damage even if you’re in the “miss phase”, he’s not like ghost with hood synergy. Hood himself even takes the special 3 damage so. No not a bug
