    OMFG FOR GOODNESS SAKES IT'S 40% × 45% POTENCY WHICH EQUATES TO .40 * 1.45=.58, or 58%, NOT 40 + 45% = 58%

    Actually, 40%x45% still doesnt equate .4×1.45 :p the first equation would end up reducing it by 55% lol
    .4x.45=18
