Why did I not get my summoner advancement awards

I checked my stash and I didn't get no awards for it and I been on the alliance for long time I don't why I didn't get no awards for it

    Could be one of the reasons listed below:
    • You did not join your alliance in time
    • You did not contribute to SA in time
    • You did not contribute to SA at all
    • You were kicked before SA ended
    • They might be late (least-likely)

    Hey there, as others have mentioned, there are a few reasons that they may not be in your stash yet, but sometimes it can just take a bit of time for the system to finish calculating and awarding the rewards to everyone, especially for events that have more participants. They may still be on their way in the next few hours but if they haven't arrived by the end of the day, our Support Team may be able to take a look for you. They can be reached from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support".
