Unique Buffs for BISHOP

Please Note; I dont think Bishop is in need of any kind of redo or nerf or buff but this is just a buff set to help Bishop become more immersive to the Contest.
1. Power Equality.
- As a fight goes on, should Bishop face someone who gets 'Power Gain', for the duration, Bishop should receive half the amount of power his foe just received.
(Bishop can harness, absorb and manipulate all forms of energy, and Power Gain is essentially the cosmic powers of the Contest, overloading a champion. Bishop would undoubtedly be able to tap this power for himself.)
2. Overload.
- Whenever Bishop is hit with an energy debuff (like Shock damage or Plasma etc) Bishop will reduce the damage of the debuff by 25% and fill his power meter by 0.10 per second while the debuff lasts.
If this Overload happens while Bishops power output buff is active (the one he triggers from SP1: sorry, i dont know its name) Bishop will deal 15% of the damage back to his opponent via direct energy damage.
