Dungeons question

I'm sure this question had been answered but dont know the answer because I just came back to the game after about a 6 month break. Do the rewards for dungeons (the ones you use to purchase crystals) ever expire? Like if I'm at 9/16 5 stars can I just hang on to the rewards until I get 16 5 stars so I can open 5 star Crystal's?
