What champion benefits most from being awakened?

I haven’t been blessed with many awakening gems before, so my awakened champs are from pulling duplicates - and haven’t really learned about the perks.
Now I have a few class gems to use. And I wonder- who of all champs do you see benefits most from being awakened?

Who goes from “meh” to “wow”?
And also: who is unnecessary to waste a gem on?

Voodoo, Scarlet Witch and Star Lord go from meh to absolute sicko mode when awakened.

seatin does a rank up guide and it shows which champs go to "god tier" when awakened
most champs are better awakened but some have special abilities when only awakened.

yes, sorry. Did a search just after I asked you and found who you meant. Did not find answer to exactly my question but similar and many other good ones. Thanks for the tip.

Better question is what champs do you have, then people can advise yes or no on that. In general it's what was said above. Some champs are great without it like Corvus, Stark or Iceman. SW, SL, Voodoo, Blade, etc. benefit a LOT. Void great without but amazing with. What class gems do you have?
