Is it time for Tier 4 Basic and Catalyst stash to be increased

Like the titles states I think its time for Tier 4 Basic and Catalyst stash to be increased. We are getting more and more shards and 5 stars especially for end game players. I'm at the point where I can't even use the items until new champs are released or I 4 t2as to rank up a champ so all these catalyst just go to waste at this point. Would be nice to increase cap to 20. What are your thoughts?

One of my ideas is increase the level cap to 70 and each level gives you 1 more inventory level for each.

    I’d rather have it changed to where I actually pull a decent champ I can use my materials on instead of having more useless materials. But it’s still a good idea to increase the cap.

    I am always out of t4b! Where r u finding so many that u can’t use?

    It will really depend on what level of a player you are. End game players have most champs in the game and have ranked them up at this point so T2a is the limiting factor.
