About crystal bug

I got Archangel from 4 star hero crystal....but when I went to the champion list,there is no archangel but in the alliance it is showing that I got Archangel...rather my archangel changed to Loki.....it happend to me twice....previously when I got Morningstar...same issue was there....????why is this happening kabam again and again????

Put in a ticket to Support. They may be able to provide more info.

Or it could be someone else from your Alliance who opened the same crystal at the same time? did you see any 4-Star Champions showed up in your Alliance feed aside from Archangel? When did you check the Alliance feed, was few minutes after the crystal was opened or has it been several hours at the time you saw AA?

You can contact them by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within MCOC, from there scroll to select 'Support'.
