T3 Daily Quest

If I remember correctly these daily quest for class catalyst (not T4) were supposed to give out a full T3 if fully explored. For T1 and T2 you can get catalyst for full exploration but not for a T3. Why was this changed? Back in the day when you fully explored it you could fully explore, get a T3, get a 4* chest that has a chance to contain another one. I rarely ever need to run these quest but this isn't right.
