I need a clarification on synergy

The Loki/Hela synergy...Does that meens that, when opp is cursed, Loki can't die???

No, it is in reference to his damage from his SP2. He gets a huge boost in damage (like a form of Assassin) when he has more health than his opponent. The synergy removes the that requirement and applies to boost to all SP2s when the opponent is cursed.
