Symbiote supreme, CAIW or Omega Red rank up

Ok currently have 8 T2A...I have Symboite supreme, CAIW and Omega Red all awakened and at level 200 & R4. Been playing back and forth for days who to take to R5. Who's the most beneficial and who can wait? I already use Blade, Sparky and GR for AW and we only map 3(relaxed ally) in AW so I use anybody for that.

    Damn man, that's some luxury problem.

    All three are definitely worth to rank-up. So this boils down to: how do you want to use those champions? All three have very nice synergies. OR, KM, ST and Void make all good teams. Same thing with SS, Venom and Carnage. CAIW is nice with Ghulk and IMIW.

    So how does the rest of your roster look like?

    I'd take omega, he can deal damage without landing any hits, plus some immunities, sustainable regen. ss relies on bleed, but you already have blade. cap is decent, and personally I like him more, but think he is less useful
