    If “day” is based on GMT, so 7pm EST-US, maybe you last logged in on Feb 1 before that 7pm time, and didn’t come back again until tonight (Feb 2nd) at the time mentioned above (after the 7pm time), or similar situation but on previous pair of days, so technically you missed a whole day according to GMT time zone that game is on. ??

    The one you just claimed is really for Feb 3rd (after midnight, London GMT time)

    After force quitting the app, the calendar fixed itself... but alas, it was a visual bug.
