Who to rank 5

So I recently finished Act 5 100% and have just about what I need to take someone to rank 5. Question is who? I have Magik(max sig), Hyp, Ice, SL and Hulk all duped. IMIW is undupped. I also have 6* Hawkeye and NC as possible rank ups too. Looking for some advice.
