Champion Profile Information not showing

I experienced a bug where most of the information in Champion Profiles does not show, and instead gives the file name. This also applies to the message received when a Champion is duped. It says something like "CHAMPION_SIGNATURE is at Level 56!" This is similar to a post I once saw with an image showing inventory items that had the same problem.
As far as I remember, the problem affects Abilities and their descriptions, Sigs and their descriptions, Champion Stats and their values, and Special Attacks and their descriptions. I did not check the Champion Bios or Synergies but expect the latter are also affected. The Champion names show up across the top of the profile screen fine, as do the rotating figures. I am not sure if this effects the health bar % in quests.
