Basic 5* crystal

I didn't see champions like Thor, Scarlet Witch, and such in the discussion about the 5* crystal changes. Are these original champions ever going to be released?

Kabam have mentioned in the past they currently have no plan to release 5* version of some og champs (eg. Thor, SW, BW)
