Why are there no unique synergies "buffing" Juggernaut?

With each new champ release, they contine to have synergies that vastly improve older champs, but why Juggernaut? I think he is very deserving and with all these mutants being released I would have thought you would have taken the chance to use a new synergy to improve Juggernaut. He definitely could use a major damage boost. Source - I just pulled a 6* Juggernaut
