Is something bring done about this lag?

Strangely, actual fights are working great for me, but everything else is lagging like crazy. I can't even scroll crystals and champions right now, both crash the game it lags so bad.

Please tell me something is being done and if there is an expected time for a patch?

\playing on a OnePlus 5t with 6 GB of RAM and a really solid WiFi connection, so I know it's not me.
