Connection and lack of response

I’m tired of this...I put a full report to the support line and have been fully blown off so I’m posting on the forum. I get constant drop with full WiFi AND full LTE signal on my iPhone but my attacker just sits there, no response, no nothing. I die, and??? I have requested help, maybe this will help! Please???
