Bishop/Cable Synergy(Lack thereof)

I’m amazed at the fact that Bishop has no synergy with Cable as the two almost went hand in hand in the comics. Was this just an oversight?

    They could have a Synergy called Interlopers, and have it with Old Man Logan as well.

    Bishop could gain a chance to consume half of his Prowess and Power when firing Specials, Cable could gain double the duration of Regeneration and Power Gain, and Old Man Logan could gain the chance to make his Buffs Passive and permanent (increasing the odds to higher the amount of them) or have his Buffs increase the strength of his Regeneration with a chance to make the Buffs permanent. With all three on a team, their trigger chances could double.
