I believe will be in december why you ask as why i think that and its simple answer really.

The Beacon if you purchase it and happen to click on it. The description states you can unlock the FF4 profile pics in the store on December 2019.

We already have the thing image in the store not to mention the FF4 insigna but i am not sure if the thing pic is the actual pic for FF4 unless the mods can confirm otherwise.

    Gabe said the F4 were being released over the year, but that the F4 celebration was 18 months. This leads me to think that the 4 will all be out by January 2020 at the latest and that the remaining time will be them adding some associated characters, besides whichever villains we don't get; like if we get Annihilus with Torch for example, then later we get Blastaar the other N Zone big bad. Or we might get Crystal or Namor later.

    Think 2020 will have something to do with Silver Surfer
