Havok SP3

I know his SP3 does some crazy damage, but I have yet to see it crit in a video or with the testing I’ve done with my 5*.

Is it possible for him to crit an SP3 and it’s just RNG or does he not crit?

Gotcha thanks. Can’t remember the last time I chose an SP3 over an SP2. Guess I just never noticed.
