Sentinel Sig Ability Bugged?

Wassup, all. Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing... when fighting uncollected Mr. Sinister, my Sentinel seems to be losing power at the same rate as other champions even at 100 analysis. Mine is a 4/55 sig 60. Should be avoiding 52% of the power drain.
