Glass Cannon mastery calculation bug (?)

After few years I have decided to change my masteries. I have put my masteries to level up the glass cannon. I was very surprised when I saw the attack and hp calcularion after reaching lvl 3. I do not know how to explain it but I will try best I can. Is percentage added to each level of the current attack in the moment of reaching it or to base amount of the champion attack no matter on which level he currently is? Before I levelled it up I calculated that my 5* R4/55 Black Panther (base attack 1705) should have:
Lvl1- 1705+2,4%=1746
Lvl2- 1746+4,8%=1830
Lvl3- 1830+7,2%=1962
Same calculation for hp reduction.
Unfortunately system calculated it diferently and my Panther has attack 1861 which is 101 less than it should be.
Please correct me if my calculation was wrong and explain how in the future I should calculate it.

    With only the lvl 3 Glass Cannon, the attack would be 1828, however you have other attack bonuses in play. These other masteries are additive.

    Starting with base attack of 1705
    Greater strength (+1.6%) + glass cannon (+7.2%) = 1.088 multiplier = 1855
    Plus 6 attack from Strength = 1861

    1861-1705 = +156 in the green attack line of details

    OK, it has a sense now 😋
    Thanks for explanation. I was expecting much higher attack rating than I have now. I think that extra 14.4% added to the base attack would be more fun.
