I cant make any purchases with my account. This is crazy I spend a lot of money in this game? What is the deal.

Hey Turkobane, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to make purchases in the game. If this problem is also happening in other apps, I recommend contacting the Google Play or Apple Game Center support team for assistance.

However, if you are able to make purchases in other apps and this issue is only happening with Marvel: Contest of Champions, some troubleshooting steps which may help to resolve it can be found in the links below.
