Character's Stuck

in Bugs and Known Issues
I have my four best hero's stuck in an alliance war that I never took part in, in my first alliance when I joined the game. It's going on almost 2 days now tried to contact support, can I please get a response or some sort of it'll fix itself "when"?

    When the war is over. That’s when it will fix itself.

    Yes I assumed as much just was seeing if anyone from Kabam was gonna attempt to help.
