Specials not connecting after a medium attack

Seems this issue is still present even thou it was confirmed to be fixed. Noticed it so far on these champs. Feel free to add champs.
- Captain Marvel / Miss Marvel SP2: Noticed it in AQ. Dormammu blocked her SP2 after a 5 Hit combo ending with a medium
- Abomination SP2: also after a 5 Hit combo ending with a medium.
I think in general the problem is the medium attack. Even if you do a 2 hit medium combo, these specials will not connect and will get blocked.
