Aw enlisting broken

Yesterday my alliance enlisted in war and when I came online this morning to do the placement for my battle group, there was a message saying we had missed the enlistment period, now I know we didn’t miss this because after I put war yesterday all our officers checked to see that we were enlisted and we were, after having a war yesterday where our rating only went up by 1 we needed this war so we could make our push into tier 4 for the new season, this not only stops us getting rewards but hinders our push for platinum 3 this season because we will be starting in tier 5 not 4.
THIS NEW SYSTEM SUCKS

about the war yesterday our 16 million rated alliance got paired against a 4 million rated alliance we were tier 5 and they were tier 11 this was not only unfair in them but meant that we couldn’t test out our new members performance in wars.

    @Lormif we enlisted after our member had joined maybe that broke it and time doesn’t matter everyone has the same 4 hours to enlist.

    That is incorrect, everyne has a 36 hour enlistment, there is a 4 hour matchmaking process. You cannot enlist durinf the match making process. That is why it is important, you could not enlist for the war after 10am PST yesterday.h5a9px43kbts.jpeg
