Best Way Open Mult. Same Crystals-EnMass Or One At A Time

Have been trying to figure out on own once started saving Crystal 'bundles'. Having little (no) luck getting higher Heroes above rare 2*s several months into playing game, tried saving Premium Hero crystals as long as impatiently could which amounted to ten. Twice opened all and received several 3*s & tenth a 4*, but have not seen a 4* Hero this way since then: 10, 30 or more opened 10 at a time, one at a time...nothing. Know great debate but just wondering if those with much more experience and experimentation than my 6 (?) months of same. Thanks for any help, advice.

    Doesnt matter, you cant change the outcome. It's a gambling-like system.
