Loading Screen

So I have tried to log in a total of 14 times today and i can get into the main home screen of the game, but when I try to join AQ or AW, I get stuck on the loading screen for over 2 minutes, and at that point I just close the app and restart, but I can never seem to get past the loading screen. I play on a 2016 Samsung phone, so it shouldn't be the phones problem, unless this game can only support phones which were made in the past 2 years which isn't the case (I hope) Anyone else experiencing this?
