Suture and Suicides

Not seeing a definitive answer on whether or not suture cuts down on the bleeding effect of running suicides. Can a mod please answer this once and for all? @Kabam Miike

@My_Superior , saw your post regarding longer that listed DE durations (above), and have a theory that maybe is due to a slightly slow in-fight clock (aka, because of connection issues that cause the lagging, etc in game). If you see DE durations of 9/14/19 sec instead of 8/12/16 sec (depending on DE level), have you timed/counted the actual bleed damage ticks on screen. It could be that the amount of Bleed ticks (at 2 per second ?) end up being the correct amount, and that it could just be a slightly slower “fight clock” vs “real clock” ???

@urrick_hunt_187 , As to Suture mastery, I used to run Suicides but never unlocked Suture (only Coagulate). Any net health saving related to DE would probably be minimal (even if it does reduce DE duration), unless you had a Heal Block debuff on you (preventing the Willpower regaining of what you’re losing from Bleed)
