Corvus True Strike

Trying to work out why Corvus True Strike doesn't negate Modok auto block is it a bug..?
Any ideas..most welcome. Thank-you.

It should negate. Have any screenshot or video showing what's exactly happening?

No mate its happened last 2 AW now..next fight with auto block will record it.

He only gets true strike with proxima synergy.

Championcritic

1) did you have proxima on your team? you need her to activate true strike
2) did you activate the mission by making him trigger his autoblock first then knock him down after that in the same battle or else accomplish the mission elsewhere?
3) do you still have your glaive charges?
4) are you fighting on a node that is NOT buffet?

If your answer is yes to all, there is no reason that true strike should not work on modok

Yes to Proxima, yes to the knockdown in a previous fight with another Modok, finished him with a heavy attack.
Still have Glaive charges..
Have a screen shot showing the buff as active.
Just lost Corvus to a Killmonger's reverberation while having charges and his was armour break active this confusing me lol

You can't have the knockdown hit be the finishing hit. You have to have knocked him down first and then finish the fight. In the synergy it states thus clearly.

No it states use a heavy or special attack to knockdown an opponent..
Fighting Modok I'd already used 2 sp1 and a heavy before I finished him with a heavy and as auto block is Modok speciallity.. Proxima synergy active can't see what's wrong..?

This was the 2nd Modok I was fighting where it didn't work, the criteria was met I thought on the first.

I don’t agree that it’s stated “clearly” in his abilities, but it is correct that you can’t get that knockdown on a finishing blow. The fight technically ends before it registers the knockdown if you used the heavy attack to finish him off.

Will try it that way Kenny292, but it normally works for me the way I stated that's the reason I question it as use Corvus a lot.

Can't ko him with the heavy/special. That's how it's always been. Has to just be a knock down

I 100% said that earlier. Thats why the synergy says "knockdown" and not a knockout.
