Old email talking about receiving Units from the collector

So..i was scrolling through my mail and got this mcoc email telling me to click on a link to download the app from there to receive 400 units, this email was sent to me in 2016, but i never saw the email. Btw this wasn't an email to hack my account or anything, because it was sent to me by the True mcoc email.
Can i still redeem the units?
