Vulture's Basic Combo's Final Hit Doesn't Reach

I mean it can't be just me...Most of the time when I try to end vulture's basic combo with a medium hit which is a kick,it doesnt reach,he kicks the air after the first 4 hits and opponent comboes the hell out of me or hits me with a special...

I only use vulture in arena but bug is a bug
