OG Vision heal block fails to proc on node 24 in alliance war (Video proof attached)

Preseason war, I wanted to try how effective OG Vision would be for node 24 (buffet). What I found is that he was broken in a number of ways on that node. Power drain didn't proc a number of times, intermittently. Unfortunately, I didn't record that part. What happened more consistently was the heal block didn't proc. Please see video below.

Game version: 21.3
Game Mode: Alliance War / Tier 1 / Node 24 (buffet)

Had corvus killed a tech champion before if so you have 25% reduced ability accuracy
